UK Delivery
Our deliveries are made using an 18-tonne tail lift delivery vehicle and will be dropped off at the kerbside. We use a manual pump truck to move the items from the delivery vehicle to the kerbside.
Exporting outside of the UK
Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed wth your order.
UK Delivery (Kerbside Pallet)
All out deliveries are done on kerbside only using a tail-lift and a mnaual pump truck.
Note: If an item cannot be delivered for any of the reasons stated then a re-delivery charge will apply

Additional Info
Please note that our delivery drivers are not permitted to enter your property boundary without your consent as the homeowner. If you grant permission, the goods may be offloaded onto your driveway, but it's important to understand that this agreement is solely between you and the delivery company.
For all orders we offer delivery to all UK mainland addresses. (excluding, Channel Islands & Eire) on all products. (See Delivery exclusions)

Shipping Information
Orders placed before 3pm are available for next working day delivery for the majority of postcodes excluding Ireland, Northern Ireland, some Scottish postcodes and offshore islands. Enter your postcode at the checkout for price and lead times.

Please be aware that our delivery service is currently experiencing a short number of delays due to an influx of online orders, driver shortages and coronavirus. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. If your order has been delayed, or has failed to arrive, please contact our customer service team who will help to find a solution as soon as possible.
Orders below 15KG will be sent via parcel courier or through the post. Orders will be dispatched and delivered within 1-2 working days.
Parcels are sent on a leave safe service, a signature is not required as they can be left with a neighbour, posted through your letterbox or left safe at your property.
Delivery Zones
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service are regularly delivered before an outlined time frame. All orders before 10am are processed that day and will be delivered as outlined.
Next Day Delivery
We also can under some circumstances offer a next day urgent delivery service at a surcharge. The price for Next Day delivery is calculated depending upon your order and location.
Weekend & Timed Deliveries
Not going to be around? No problem! We can offer a Weekend or Timed Delivery should you require. The price of Weekend and Timed deliveries is calculated depending upon your order and location.
Additional Sucharges
Please Note: all next day, weekends and timed delivery options will still incur the standard delivery charge plus the additional service(s) surcharge.
Kerside Delivery Example
Terms of Delivery
Please note that the delivery could be delayed by a day in unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please do not book any tradesmen till the product physically arrives.
Delivery is done through 3rd party couriers with tail-lift and manual pump truck they only offer Kerbside drop or the nearest access point on a hard surface.
Re-delivery charges apply if no one is present at the address to sign.
To avoid re-delivery charges, driver may leave it unsigned with prior contact.
If you find any breakages please report this to the driver and notify us immediately.
If you cannot physically check the product, please sign the POD as "damaged" and report any breakages within 24 hours with relevant photographs by email.
We send our crates fully checked and make sure no single slab in a crate leaves the yard broken but please allow 10% for breakages, chips and corners in transport due to the nature of the product.
